Artwork
Please be advised amendments to artwork must be supplied in writing, otherwise existing artwork will be published.
Cancellations
Please be advised that cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been processed. All listings are for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of the signed order confirmation.
Renewals
Written notice of non-renewal must be received no less than sixty (60) days before the expiration of the twelve (12) month period. If notice is not received, the agreement shall automatically renew and remain binding.
Data Sharing & Holding
Information supplied by the client may be shared with companies related to or having a business association. Information including listings, supplied by client will automatically be cached in our data files. It is therefore possible that listings may remain online, for a period of time, after the expiry date of contracts. Clients being aware of this and wishing that information to be removed can email with this request.
Disclaimer of Liability
All information on this website has been provided with care and every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. We accept no responsibility or liability in cases where there may be inaccuracy and advises clients who have concerns in this regard contact us to have the situation rectified. In the event of the website being temporarily unavailable (due to technical issues or issues beyond its control) we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the inability to use or access this website whatsoever.
